Italian Curling male team stepped into curling history today, managing to beat Team Canada 7-6 after 11 Ends.
A country with only 500 curling players (Italy) had defeated the World Champion team from a country counting almost 3 millions players. Outstanding!
Was a great victory against a very stubborn and definitely more powerful team. A great and loyal battle, but was worth it!

Congratulations on the win, very impressive :) Your entry finally made me want to go and read about curling, which had always seemed very boring. Now I’d actually like to try it.
Curling is fun. A shame (at least here in Italy) it is shown on television just during such events like the Olympic games.
I’d like to try it too, but I must confess I don’t know where to look for that around here ;)
